Our Educational
Philosophy

At Altagracia's Early Childhood Education Center (Altagracia ECEC), we believe that all students have the capacity and potential to learn, grow and become active learners when given the appropriate resources and tools. A teacher’s role, first and foremost, is to act as facilitator and provide students with skills and strategies to which they can apply and transfer to future, novel situations.

Infants

Our Infant Program is designed to provide a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for your baby’s earliest developmen.(4 Weeks to 12 Months)

Toodler

We encourage curiosity, movement, and discovery. At this stage, children are eager to explore their environment, test boundaries, and build social connections.

Preschool

Prepares children for a lifelong love of learning. We create a diverse and inclusive educational experience that nurtures each child’s natural interests and abilities.
